Federated Intelligence Terms of Service

The service is intended for businesses and authorized business representatives. By using the service, you represent that you have authority to bind the relevant business and to connect any advertising, Page, Pixel, Instagram, or other business assets you authorize through the platform.

Federated Intelligence provides software and AI-assisted tooling for business marketing operations, including connecting authorized Meta business assets, retrieving advertising data, and helping customers analyze, manage, and automate ad-related workflows.

• You must maintain accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the campaigns, creatives, audiences, budgets, and instructions you submit.
• You remain responsible for complying with Meta's policies, advertising rules, and applicable laws.
• You must review any automated or AI-assisted outputs before relying on them in high-impact situations.

The service interoperates with third-party platforms, including Meta. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy actions, account restrictions, or API changes outside our control.

By connecting your business assets, you authorize Federated Intelligence to perform the actions you explicitly enable through the service and its integrations, which may include reading, creating, modifying, pausing, resuming, or deleting ad-related resources where supported by the relevant platform permissions.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, quote, order form, or subscription plan, no specific pricing, service level, or support commitment is guaranteed by these Terms alone.

We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse or security incidents, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate commercial commitments.

We retain all rights in the Federated Intelligence software, workflows, documentation, and related materials, except for customer data and third-party content owned by their respective owners.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except to the extent otherwise expressly agreed in writing. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any guaranteed business outcome from the use of advertising automation or AI-assisted recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
